RUNA was founded by Muhammad Egha in February 2024 in South Tangerang, Indonesia, under PT Cahaya Surga Indonesia. Prior to this, Egha was widely recognized as one of Indonesia’s prominent architects and served as the Co-Founder & CEO of The DELUTION Company, bringing over a decade of professional experience since 2013. Following DELUTION’s acquisition in 2024, Egha embarked on a new business chapter by establishing RUNA. The name RUNA is derived from Nurul Jannah, which translates to “Light of Heaven.” This name serves as the primary prayer and guiding spirit for RUNA and its team in building a design and construction firm—particularly focused on residential projects—operating firmly within the values of worship and Islamic principles.

This philosophy is reflected in how RUNA manages all client and business operations through honesty, openness, trust, transparency, precision, and complete integrity, ensuring blessings and happiness for clients, vendors, suppliers, and the RUNA team alike. While RUNA cannot guarantee perfection in every outcome, the firm ensures that every phase—from design through construction—is executed to the absolute best of its ability and grounded in professional expertise. RUNA offers two main core services: Planning and Construction, specializing exclusively in residential projects, or what we commonly refer to as ‘Design & Build’. RUNA’s core focus is to find a balanced intersection point between the needs, dreams, and budget of our clients. Therefore, RUNA always proposes a dream home that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also realistic to build and bring to life for every client.
